This weekend, the girls took their first roadtrip to the lake. They were so good in the car. Must have been the 90's XM station - Quad City DJs and Four Non-Blondes will soothe anyone to sleep.

Iris wears her old timey prospector hat - reminding me of Ike from the movie Tombstone. You can almost hear her say "listen, Mr. Kansas Law Dog, law don't go 'round here"......Or is it just me?

That is so great that they did so well on their first trip. The shoe passion is real...everytime we happen to walk by shoes in a store Allie automatically says "CHOOZ, CHOOZ." And then proceeds to try to take her's off in order to try on others.
The girls looks so cute in the hats..hope they had a wonderful time. love ya grandma
